AISCORP

Regulatory technology for fuel governance, revenue assurance and compliance

Built Around a Problem, Not a Product

AISCORP was formed to address a specific and expensive failure: the gap between the fuel revenue that African governments are legally owed and the revenue they actually collect. That gap is not primarily a policy problem. The legislation usually exists. What is missing is the instrumentation to enforce it.

Closing it requires more than analytics. It requires systems that sit inside the transaction flow — registering licensed participants, capturing consignments at the gantry, reconciling customs declarations against physical movement, and reporting the result in a form a revenue authority can act on. That is the work AISCORP does.

We operate as AISCORP International and AISCORP Botswana, with delivery experience across Southern African markets and the regulatory literacy that those markets demand.

Our mission

Make Every Litre Accountable

To give governments and industry the instrumentation to account for every litre traded — eliminating revenue leakage, strengthening compliance, and replacing estimation with evidence.

Our vision

Supervision That Holds Up

A regional petroleum and regulated-sector economy where oversight is continuous rather than periodic, where discrepancies surface in days rather than audit cycles, and where the resulting evidence is strong enough to act on.

How we work

What Clients Actually Get

Domain-led delivery

We start from the statutory obligation and the physical supply chain, then design the system. Requirements gathered without that grounding produce platforms that regulators cannot defend.

Integration as the core task

Customs, licensing, revenue and operator systems were never designed to reconcile with one another. Building the pathways between them is the substance of the engagement, not a final phase.

Operational ownership

We stay with the platform after go-live. Regulatory systems change as the law changes, and a vendor that has left cannot keep pace with amendments, new levies or new reporting duties.
