The AISCORP Platform Portfolio

Five systems covering the fuel supply chain from national regulator to mine site, plus compliance infrastructure for other regulated sectors.

For regulators and revenue authorities

NFMS — National Fuel Management System

NFMS is the regulatory backbone of the portfolio. It registers every licensed participant in the national fuel trade, captures consignments as they move from load port through the gantry to distribution, and reconciles declared volumes against physical movement.

The output is what a regulator and a revenue authority actually need: national stock position, flagged deviations, and reporting that supports enforcement rather than merely describing activity.

  • Licensee registration across importers, wholesalers, retailers and mines
  • Consignment tracking from load port to final distribution
  • Customs declaration capture and reconciliation
  • Automated deviation flagging and national stock calculation
  • Statutory reporting to energy and revenue authorities
  • 256-bit encryption with mirrored server environments

For fuel retailers

iFuel POS

A point-of-sale platform built specifically for fuel retail, rather than a general retail till adapted after the fact. iFuel POS handles the things forecourts actually struggle with: pump integration, shift handover, wet-stock variance and reconciliation at site level.

Because it shares a data model with the wider portfolio, what a site records can be reconciled against what the supply chain says was delivered — which is precisely where retail-level losses hide.

  • Pump and forecourt controller integration
  • Shift reconciliation and cash-up
  • Wet-stock variance detection
  • Dry-stock and convenience retail in the same system
  • Multi-site consolidation for dealer groups

For commercial fleets and bulk supply

On-Road Fuelling Platform

Not all fuel is dispensed at a forecourt. Mobile and on-site refuelling moves significant volume directly into vehicles, generators and plant, and it is routinely the least instrumented part of the chain.

The On-Road Fuelling Platform captures those deliveries at the point they happen, tying each dispense to a vehicle, asset or cost centre so bulk supply reconciles instead of disappearing into an aggregate figure.

  • Delivery capture away from fixed infrastructure
  • Vehicle, asset and cost-centre attribution
  • Driver and operator accountability
  • Exception reporting on unusual dispense patterns

For mining operations

B-Fueled

Mining consumes fuel at a scale where small percentage losses become material very quickly, and where diesel rebate eligibility puts the accounting under external scrutiny. B-Fueled is built for that environment.

It tracks bulk receipt, storage and dispense down to individual equipment, producing the equipment-level consumption record that both operational cost control and rebate substantiation require.

  • Bulk receipt and on-site storage reconciliation
  • Equipment-level consumption tracking
  • Rebate substantiation records
  • Theft and variance detection across remote sites
  • Operation in low-connectivity environments

For gambling regulators

PARG-RMS

The Pan-African Responsible Gambling Regulatory Management System applies the portfolio's compliance disciplines to a different regulated industry. Gambling supervision has the same underlying shape as fuel governance: licensed operators, statutory duties, and a regulator that needs continuous visibility rather than periodic returns.

  • Biometric age verification at point of entry
  • Cross-channel self-exclusion across operators and platforms
  • Operator and Personnel Integrity Register
  • Recovery support pathways for affected players
  • Regulator reporting and supervisory dashboards

Who we build for

What Each Sector Gets

Governments & Regulators

Convert legislated entitlement into collected revenue, with evidence that survives challenge.

Recovered revenue

Close leakage from under-declaration, diversion and cross-border irregularity so the fiscus receives what the law already provides for.

Continuous supervision

Move from periodic returns to a live national picture, with deviations flagged as they occur rather than at audit.

Fuel Retail & Downstream

Know your true wet-stock position, site by site, shift by shift.

Variance under control

Detect losses at the site where they occur, instead of discovering them in a monthly consolidation.

Compliance without overhead

Regulatory submissions generate from the transaction record you already keep, rather than a parallel manual process.

Mining & Industrial

Account for bulk diesel at equipment level, in remote conditions.

Cost attribution that holds

Tie consumption to specific equipment and cost centres so operational decisions rest on real numbers.

Rebate substantiation

Produce the consumption evidence that diesel rebate claims require, without reconstructing it after the fact.

Regulated Sectors

Supervisory infrastructure for licensed industries beyond fuel.

Identity and eligibility

Biometric verification and register management where knowing exactly who is participating is a statutory duty.

Cross-operator visibility

Obligations such as self-exclusion only work when enforced across every licensed operator, not within each one separately.
